H.A.C.C.P. Level 2
Is intended to provide food handlers at all levels with an understanding of the importance of implementing HACCP based on a food safety management system at work.
On completion of training the learner will understand:
- The importance of HACCP in a food business operation.
- Developing pre-requisite programs.
- Formulating and developing a HACCP system.
- Determining critical control points and limits.
- Monitoring of critical control points.
- Corrective actions verification and review of HACCP plan.
