Is intended to provide food handlers at all levels with an understanding of the importance of implementing HACCP based on a food safety management system at work.

On completion of training the learner will understand:

  • The importance of HACCP in a food business operation.
  • Developing pre-requisite programs.
  • Formulating and developing a HACCP system.
  • Determining critical control points and limits.
  • Monitoring of critical control points.
  • Corrective actions verification and review of HACCP plan.
